We didn't expect much when booking this hotel well what a surprise for the price. We are a family of 4 and let me tell you that this place really is much more than we all expected. Has a bar and a great dinning space. New elevator.

The only let down was the heat in the room. Unfortunately our stay was at a time where it was over 30 degrees and the fact that the family room had a week aircon unit made it almost unbearable due to the excessive heat in the night. Open the windows would be an option if just the windows didn't face the very busy motorway. On checkout the very friendly receptionist understood and to make it up even gave us a gift.

Funcionamiento del aire acondicionado limitado al ser por conducto general por todo el hotel. No enfriaba lo suficiente en la habitación.

Easy to locate and public parking available. The person at reception spoke English and check in/out was speedy and efficient. There is a lift available. Our Quad room was on the second floor and was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was served from 7am until 10.30am and included eggs and bacon, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, breads, cakes and cold meat as well as juice tea and coffee. Overall great hotel if you are doing a short stopover.

A very good location just of the motorway with plenty of parking. The room was of very good quality and excellent value for money. Very good breakfast and fully met all our needs including free WiFi. Situated 3 hours drive from Bilbao made it the ideal place to stop en-route to the south of Portugal. We were even given a free bottle of local wine as we left. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel was a convenient stop on the way down from France to Portugal. It was clean and comfortable and very good value for money. The inclusive breakfast was very good too.

The restaurant at the hotel did not open until 9pm. We arrived at the hotel at around 6pm, very tired and wanted to eat and go to bed. If you are travelling with younger children, I would suggest you stop somewhere to have something to eat before getting to the hotel That way, you can check in and put the kids to bed!!
